Santa Cruz
A potentially cool festa. Bring your coats. The parade starts downtown, marches along Pacific Ave. then up Water Street to Holy Cross Church. The parade route is relatively short, though with the hill, seems longer. After mass, the parade crosses the freeway and takes the bike path to the CPDES Hall on Coral St. Parking around the Hall is limited, so get there early.
